Orders
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Select your shipping method, enter your payment details and confirm. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use this on the courier’s website to follow your parcel in real time.
We’re sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no hassle.
Please email us a photo of what you received along with your order number. We’ll send the correct item and cover return shipping if needed.
Shipping
Yes! We ship to over 180 countries worldwide. All orders are tracked and insured. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. International orders arrive in 7–14 business days depending on your country and local customs processing.
Every card is placed in a protective sleeve, then a top loader or card saver, wrapped in bubble wrap, and shipped inside a rigid mailer. Graded slabs receive extra foam padding for maximum protection.
Import duties depend on your country’s customs rules and are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare the correct value on all shipments. If you have questions about your country’s import rules, please check with your local customs authority.
International tracking can sometimes pause for a few days during transit or customs clearance. If there’s no movement for over 7 days, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Sealed products must remain unopened to qualify for returns.
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team with your order details and what you’d like instead, and we’ll do our best to help.
Cards & Authenticity
Absolutely. Every single card we sell is verified genuine and sourced directly from official distributors. We have a strict authenticity guarantee — if a card is ever found to be fake, we issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Graded slabs are cards that have been professionally assessed, assigned a condition score (e.g. PSA 10 = Gem Mint), and sealed in a tamper-evident protective case. Graded cards are generally more valuable and trusted than raw (ungraded) cards.
English cards are the globally accessible version with translated text, widely accepted in tournaments. Japanese cards are the original releases, often featuring earlier availability, exclusive promos, and higher collectible value due to limited print runs.
Yes. All sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, tins, packs) are 100% factory sealed and have never been tampered with. We source directly from official distributors to guarantee this.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Yes! We love buying collections of all sizes — from single rare cards to full binders and bulk lots. Contact us with photos and a list of your cards and we’ll get back to you with an offer.
Email us or DM us on Instagram/TikTok with clear photos of your cards and a list of what you have. We’ll review and send you a competitive offer within 24 hours.
Once we agree on a price and receive the cards, payment is made within 1–2 business days via your preferred method (bank transfer, PayPal, or other).
